Our LLMF newly appointed Chairperson – Karen Shreeve – was so inspired by all the stories she had been hearing of our supporters fundraising activities that at the AGM earlier this year announced that she would be doing the 2018 Gower Bike Ride in aid of LLMF.
On July 15th 2018, which was another baking hot summer’s day, Karen and her willing support rider Will (her husband) – in their very bright orange shirts – set off from St Helen’s ground for the start of their 35 mile challenge.
They completed the circuit and Karen recently announced that she had raised well over £500 for LLMF.
A fantastic fund raiser, and it is rumoured she enjoyed it so much she will go again next year!
