LLMF (Wales) were delighted to have been chosen as the local charity that is supported during the festival of cricket that took place in June this year.
The summer weather this year was fantastic for the cricket, and the event pulled in great crowds. LLMF will benefit from some of the fundraising that happened during the festival. Members from the committee attended the cricket each day to support the fundraising activity at the matches.
We now know that we received over £1,800 from the proceeds of the raffle. We were made to feel very welcome and would like to thank St Helen’s Balconiers for choosing us as their charity for 2018.
